Update On NPL-MSL1 Promotion and Relegation
In accordance with the Promotion and Relegation System Policy of Football Federation Victoria the following changes will take place for the 2018 season;
PlayStation 4 NPL 2 East Male:
Langwarrin SC Senior Men and Junior Boys teams are promoted to PlayStation 4 NPL 2 East.
Richmond SC Senior Men and Junior Boys teams are relegated to Men’s State League 1 South East and the respective Sportsmart Junior Community Leagues (A Division).
PlayStation 4 NPL West Male:
Altona Magic SC Senior Men and Junior Boys are promoted to PlayStation 4 NPL 2 West.
Bendigo City FC Senior Men’s team is relegated to Men’s State League 1 North West.
In accordance with Clause 2 of the policy, Bendigo City FC have sought to have their junior teams remain in the PlayStation 4 NPL competition because of geographical difficulties. Therefore, no Bendigo City FC junior teams will be relegated from PlayStation 4 NPL West Boys competitions.
The Board of Football Federation Victoria congratulate the promoted teams, and wish the relegated teams well as they take on the challenge of a new division.
