RANSA members and their partners at the

Flag Raising of the Australian White Ensign

We are pleased to advise that RANSA has been accorded by the Chief of Navy, the privilege of displaying the Australian White Ensign at our Rushcutters Bay Facilities, in accord with the ongoing relationship between RAN and RANSA, whose main object is to encourage sailing throughout the Navy.

This great honour will be celebrated by the ceremonial unfurling of the Australian White Ensign at RANSA.

Guest of Honour

Vice Admiral Tim Barrett AO, CSC, RAN

Chief of Navy

The Club and the Bar will be open for refreshments following the ceremony

 Saturday 9 December  2017    1300-1600

It is anticipated VADM Tim Barret will be arriving by boat and there will be a Navy band or musicians there are part of the ceremonial agenda. This is a significant ceremonial and historical event for RANSA and not to be missed.
