Gone with the Wind - the 2015 TT2@RSYS

by Melissa Williams-Brown

Optimist sailors in the Intermediate and Open fleets sailed two races on Sunday due to extremely light winds.  The sailors showed ENORMOUS amounts of patience and sportsmanship throughout the day.  In the Open fleet consisting of 23 sailors, Archie Cropley placed first, Ryan Littlechild 2nd and Cole Tapper came in at 3rd.  Our Intermediate fleet had 35 sailors competing with Olivia Williams (Blossom) taking out the number 1 place, Garth Bickford in 2nd and Ethan Lozevski in 3rd.

See you all in Canberra on October 24/25 for the ACT Championship (and also TT3)!

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
