Blinking Billy 25 February 2016

his weekend is the first of the two 'State Titles' weekends, with the Optimist, Sabot and 29'er States. There will also be regular club racing for the cadet and 420 fleets in the afternoon BUT the start time may vary. It will be the first two races after lunch. Additionally, this week was to be a DSS Pennant race but has been changed to a Trophy race. This is to allow those cadet crews wishing to compete in the Optimist State Titles the opportunity to do so. The calendar for the remainder of the season has been updated and can be viewed on the calendar page.

It is important to note that Mark boat and Rescue boat duty this weekend and next weekend are all day. Boat crews need to be on the water by 9:00am, as the first warning signal is 10:00am on both Saturday and Sunday.

Finally, there has been a box trailer borrowed from the club in recent weeks. It was chained and locked to a tree outside of the compound, but has been borrowed. In order to remove the trailer the club key would have been required and the chain was re-locked leading to the assumption it has been borrowed. Could I ask that the responsible person please returns the trailer as soon as possible as this trailer was the private trailer of a club member.
