FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
MY MEMBERSHIP DOES NOT LOOK RIGHT:
Have you gone into MY SAILOR and checked all details of your membership are correct? Email address, address & date of birth.
MY FAMILY MEMBERS DO NOT APPEAR WHEN I LOG IN:
Please make sure all your family members actually have a sailing number and have been set up first. New members need to be introduced to your committee first. Then a sailing number can be set up. If you set up everyone with the same email address, they will all appear under your registration. Go in to MY SAILOR and update your family members email address.
MY FAMILY MEMBER DOES NOT HAVE A YA NUMBER:
You will need to contact Tinaroo Sailing Club and ask for further details. Please do not set them up yourself on the renewal portal or change the names. They need a number.
DO I NEED TO APPLY FOR A KEY:
Key renewals are payable every year. The payment of $22 is for this year and renewable in July.
MY PARTNER DOES NOT SAIL, DO THEY HAVE TO PAY:
Partners not sailing can join the club as long as a Sailing Adult has joined. They do not pay the YA sailing fee of $75p.a. as they are not sailing. They are most welcome to join the club but are not covered for the YA benefits (insurance discounts etc) $50 to be part of this wonderful club.
IS THERE A FEE IF I REGISTER LATE: Yes, it is $30
