QLD Youth Development Camp Coaches Appointed

Keppel Bay Sailing Club have announced the Coaches who will be leading the Youth Development Camp from September 19-21 with an all-star cast.

With an array of former Australian Sailing Team athletes and current national and state performance coaches amongst the mix, youth sailors will be treated to training with the best of the best.

Keppel Bay Sailing Club (KBSC) Sports Coordinator, Ella Sagnol said that the 2017 coach’s line-up will add to the prestige of the Development Camp and Youth Championships Regatta which will follow the Camp.

“We are very lucky to have some of the best sailors and coaches in country attending the Camp this year,” Ella said.  “We believe it is a good mix with international, national, state and local coaches all attending with the aim of developing youth sailors.

“At the Development Camp we will be providing opportunities for the following classes; all levels of Green, Intermediate and Open Optimists, Sabots, Open Bics, Laser 4.7 and Radials, Bic Techno, Arrow, International 420, 29er, 49er and 49erFX Nacra 15s, and Flying 11s.”
