The Toronto Dingoes, fresh from their Runner-Up finish in the Ontario Australian Football League Grand Final, are heading to Halifax for some well earned rest. As part of there trip they will be playing a friendly game against the Halifax Dockers on the Wanderers Grounds at 1pm on Sat Oct. 5th. Although the game is just an exhibition game, it will be the first of its kind in Halifax as it will be the first time the Halifax Dockers and the Nova Scotia Australian Football League will play host to an inter-provincial game of Australian Rules Football.
The game will also be part of the schedule of events that are taking place in Halifax Oct. 4,5 & 6 to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the Halifax Commons.
