Procedure for Game Forfeits
ALL FORFIETS are to be communicated in the following manner:
- The forfeiting club’s delegate is to contact the opposition teams delegate by email
- The forfeiting clubs delegate is notify myself via email so that I can then officially notify the Referees and the BHJ Registrar
- Please notify your opposition team and myself in a timely manner. It is preferable to have as much notice as possible.
- Forfeits are not to be arranged coach to coach and will not be recognised unless the above process is followed.
Roster Changes are as follows(taken from an email sent to all by The Secretary):
It was decided at the meeting that from now on all game changes are to be coordinated by the club delegate of the requesting club,
The game change is to stay within the boundaries of the roster, i.e., using game time currently booked
The change is then to be ratified via email by the BHJ committee
The request is to be made 1 week prior to the change taking place.
Please abide by the above guidelines and only notify those that need to be included in your emails.
