NEWS: Local WNPL and NPL clubs gearing up for upcoming Player Trials
THE 2018 local football season may well have concluded, but the local Geelong region’s WNPL and NPL clubs are not taking a break, already busy planning for their respective Player Trials which will be commencing in October for the 2019 winter season.
This year, in the wider Geelong region, we are once again lucky to have Galaxy United FC the region’s representative club for the junior girls while for the junior boys we now are blessed with having two representative clubs in the local area – with Geelong SC joining North Geelong Warriors FC in next season’s NPL2 competition after securing promotion from Men’s State League 1 in 2018.

As well as junior players, both Galaxy and Geelong are also seeking qualified and experienced coaches to lead the various Junior teams next year, while North Geelong has announced it has locked in all its coaches for its entire Junior program.
