Player On-line Registration

New South Wales Touch Football has changed the process in which players and team management now register for competitions and as such you are required to complete this process by the 1st August otherwise you will not be able to participate in the Vawdon Cup.

To complete the online registration for Vawdon Cup please visit and click on the Player “Register Now Button” on the top right of the website.

Once you reach the registration portal please read the details listed carefully before proceeding

To do this you will need our unique team code which iwhich will be provided by your team coach (please ensure when entering this that you do not leave any spaces)

To complete this process you will need to pay the amount of $50.00 via credit/debit card which must be either Visa or Mastercard. If you do not have one of these particular cards you may be able to utilise a friends or family member’s as the name on the payment card has no relevance to the you being the person registering.

Player & Team Management Registration

In terms of the process of registering players and team management they will use a separate system to the above. For them to complete the process they will visit and access the online registration via the “Register Now” icons on the right hand menu.

N.B Players have a different access point to the Team Management. The Players “Register Now” button is at the top right of the page whilst the Team Management “Register Now” button is below the advertising on the right side of the page.

It is important that the following is adhered to in completing double registrations (FAQ’s);

  • A player can only register in one team. This is only the starting point for the individual and they may move up, down and across in divisions as your club sees fit once the competition commences.
  • If an individual participant is a coach (or other team management position) and a player in the same team-they will only need to register as a player with that team.
  • If an individual participant is a coach (or other team management position) and a player in two different teams they will need to complete the process twice, once as player and the other as a coach (or other team management position)

If you have any issues or questions on this process please contact NSWTA Sport Manager Daniel Rushworth or 9558 9333.

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
