Two key documents - the INFA official Rules of Netball along with the Regulations of Netball New Zealand are attached below.  These are vital documents that are well worth familiarising yourself with if taking part in any netball activities within New Zealand and we as a netball centre adhere to as part of our own code of conduct, rules and regulations and procedures.

As announced at INF Congress 2013 in Glasgow the INF Board took a strategic decision to make the Rules of Netball freely available online in order to assist the growth and development of the sport.

At INF Congress 2015 new Rules were approved for implementation in International Matches from January 1 2016.

The new rules are avaible now in English and the translations into Spanish, French, Traditional Chinese and Hebrew are underway.

Additional guidance on the application of the Rules may be found here. These protocols are being updated by the Rules Advisory Panel to reflect the new rules for 2016.

Rules Review 2016

The INF has completed a major review of the rules of netball.  The Rules Advisory Panel (RAP) were  appointed by the INF Board to undertake this review in consultation with Members.  Click here to learn more about progress of the review.
