NNZ Umpire Theory Examination application form

Please find below view dates and the associated cost for the Netball NZ Umpire Theory Examination for 2015. The official application form for the Netball NZ Umpire Theory Examination is also attached for your easy access.

Applicants are asked to opt for ONE of the following examination dates and return the application form to your Zone with enough time for the Zone to forward to NNZ.

Please note applications must be correctly completed with all appropriate paperwork including matching Supervisor & Venue notification forms.

Please return your completed form to the Community Netball Manager at Netball Central Zone via email to CommunityNetball@netballcentral.co.nz at least a week prior to the due date listed above to allow applications to be collated and forwarded to Netball NZ.
