MadFit - motivational short duration YouTube workouts

Maddie Lymburner is a YouTuber who creates her own motivational fitness workouts that appeal to young and more mature people seeking a strength and conditioning option that can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.

Her one-song-long workouts are about 3 mins duration and provide a fun, dance routine-like, easy-to-follow, fitness challenge.  No equipment needed.
