High Energy Events - Brisbane netball tournament

High Energy Events is a Brisbane based sports event management company, specialising in youth tournaments.

Their premier event is the annual High Energy Youth Tournament (formerly called Southern Skies) which attracts teams from around the world across a range of sports.  This tournament is held in Brisbane  in the first week of the July school holidays.

The High Energy Youth Tournament is an international youth multi-sport event held in Brisbane, Australia. Formerly operating as Southern Skies, the event attracted teams from across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom, Papua New Guinea and Japan.
The High Energy Youth Tournament is a once in a lifetime opportunity to compete on an international stage and is truly an unforgettable social and cultural experience.

2016 will be host the following sports:

Girls Under 18                                  Girls Under 18                                     Girls Under 18

Boys Under 18                                  Girls Under 16                                      Boys Under 18

Boys Under 16                                  Girls Under 14

(2x 50min games/day)                  (3x30min games/day)                    (2x 50min games/day)

All competitions have fully qualified officials and Sports Medicine personnel in attendance.

REGISTRATION HEY TRAVELLING TEAMS

All sports  = $500 AUD  per team 

 

REGISTRATION FEE LOCAL TEAMS

Football and Hockey = $50 per player

 Netball = $500 AUD per team

*Travelling Teams are those who choose the HEY All Inclusive Travellers Package as outlined below

Information for travelling teams

Our all inclusive package for travelling teams offer the ideal combination of sporting, social and cultural experiences.

The HEY  traveller’s package includes:

  • 6 nights accommodation
  • Meals (breakfast and dinner at accommodation, lunches at competition venue. NB – lunch at theme park not included).
  • Bus transfers (to and from airport and to all official activities)
  • Organised social and cultural activities
  • Personalised merchandise pack

Many travelling teams take the opportunity to enjoy our beautiful beaches in the lead up and/or following their week at the High Energy Youth Tournament.
