Year 7/8 Boys Elite 8 camp on Sunday 24th September

We invite boys born in school years 7 and 8 to participate in a unique camp where players will play full court basketball games in teams of 4v4. This camp features specialised individual skills, team training and multiple short tournament style games.

This camp features both Player and Coach Development and Participation, teaching players fundamental skills which will enable them to advance their game playing ability.

Players are given "Elite 8" team singlets, placed in teams and are taught skills and play "blitz" style games (a multiple number of short games) during the camp.

This camp is a great experience, with players learning and developing their individual, team skills and playing games; and team coaches are given detailed camp curriculum, participate in coach education clinics and coach games.

The 2017 Elite 8 Camp will held on Sunday 24th September at Knox Grammar in Wahroonga from 8.30am to 3.00pm.

Applications will be taken on a first in basis due to limited places being available.

Click on the PDF application form for more information and to register.

We also invite coaches (from beginners to experienced) to attend and help continue the development of our current and potential representative spiders. At these camps we provide a range of coaching options for you (and everyone receives detailed camp curriculum).

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
