Official Aussie Hoops lessons - Starting Sunday 21st October

Welcome to Aussie Hoops, Basketball Australia’s official introductory program for 5-10 year olds and their families.

Aussie Hoops is a national program which provides an environment where children of all abilities can achieve on the court and reap the rewards of skill development, enhanced self-esteem, social co-operation and grassroots sports participation. Aussie Hoops is all about participation and fun.

*Please note Aussie Hoops is targeted towards brand new players. Any previously registered players or current players should attend one of our other skills sessions e.g. Saturday/Sundays skills.

We are conducting two Aussie Hoops Sessions on Sundays during school term 4 as below:

Rookie
ROOKIE
Aussie Hoops Rookie has been developed for 5 and 6 year olds as an introductory program that ensures all participants develop the fundamental skills to participate in and draw satisfaction from Basketball (Sundays from 9.00am to 9.45am at the Brickpit Stadium) 

Starter

STARTER
Aussie Hoops Starter has been developed for 7 and 8 year olds providing a transition from basic motor and basketball skill development into game sense application (Sundays from 9.45am to 10.30am at the Brickpit Stadium)
