JUNIOR STATE CUP 2019 SELECTION TRIALS

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Manly Touch is pleased to announce that the player “Expression of Interest” to trial for a position in a Manly Touch Junior State Cup 2019 U10-U18 representative team is now open!

The Junior State Cup is one of the largest sporting tournaments held in New South Wales and this year Manly Touch will join the Northern Conference at Port Macquarie entering both “A” and “Development” teams in most age groups (subject to player availability) ranging from U8 to U18 boys and girls teams.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT TRIAL INFORMATION:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

*Need to be registered and competing in the 2018 Summer Junior or Senior Competition and play a minimum of 5 games.

*Need to be financial.

*Need to attend both trials (refer to www.manlytouch.com for more information).

*If you cannot attend both trials please advise Craig Lowe our Junior Rep Director via email at juniorrepdirector@manlytouch.com at least one week in advance of the published trial date detailing the reason for unavailability.

*Need to attend at least 80% of the team training sessions and all of the interclub gala days leading into the JSC.

*Need to be in Port Macquarie for 15-17 February 2019 to play in the Northern Regional Championships (NSWTA JSC Finals date yet to be announced).


TRIALS INFORMATION


U10-U12 Girls and Boys

Trial 1 for U10 & U12 Girls and Boys will be on Sunday 16th of  September at 7:30am - 9.00am at Nolan Reserve.

Trial 2 for U10 & U12 Girls and Boys will be on Thursday 20th of September at 5:30pm - 7.00pm at Nolans Reserve. 

Players must complete and submit Expression of Interest prior to trials.

NOTE: Trial 1 excludes 2018 JSC incumbent “A” players that are still eligible to play in the 2019 JSC for that same team

Players must be signed on at the registration desk and ready to commence trial 15 minutes prior to announced start time. 

 

U14 Girls

Trial 1 for U14 Girls will be on Tuesday 18th September at 7.00pm - 8:30pm at Nolan Reserve.

Trial 2 for U14 Girls will be on Thursday 20th September at 7.00pm - 8:30pm at Nolan Reserve.

Players must complete and submit Expression of Interest prior to trials.

NOTE: Trial 1 excludes 2018 JSC incumbent “A” players that are still eligible to play in the 2019 JSC for that same team.

Trial will be on Wednesday 19th of September at 7:45pm at Nolans Reserve.

Players must complete and submit Expression of Interest prior to trial.

AGE DIVISION DETAILS

Please use the following list to identify the age divisions you are eligible for.

Under 10 born between 2009 and 2010

Under 12 born between 2007 and 2008

Under 14 born between 2005 and 2006

Under 16 born between 2003 and 2004

Under 18 born between 2001 and 2002

 

Please note Manly Touch intends to take one U8 Boys team and one U8 Girls team to the 2019 JSC and will make announcements in November 2018 subject to player availability
