MWTA would like to congratulate all Management Committee Members on their appointment and for their continued support of our club.
The biggest change to our Management Committee is the appointment of Craig Lowe to the role of Junior Representative Director. Craig (Lowie) has been associated with Manly Touch since 2004 as a player, coach, and more recently as a member of our Manly Touch Management Committee. Craig is a General Manager working for Chartered Accountants ANZ and brings a wealth of leadership, accountability, and administrative knowledge to the position. Craig is actively involved with our junior social competitions and was Co-Coach of our championship winning U10 Boys team at the 2018 Junior State Cup so he understands all aspects of our Junior Representative program from both a parent and coach’s perspective.
MWTA would like to thank Stu Geros for his significant and outstanding contribution as Junior Representative Director. We have won every Junior State Cup Club Championship during Stu’s tenure. However, we have not lost Stu all-together as he still remains part of our Executive Committee. As part of his role as Vice President he will oversee our entire MWTA representative program.
Just a quick word on Peter Casey, this is Peter’s 35th year as Sunday Competition Director. On behalf of the MWTA Executive and members we would like to thank him for his long term contribution and commitment to our Club.
And finally welcome to our newest members, Edith Nathan and Mania Marsters, both have spent many years as player and coach in both our MWTA local competitions and reps so we very much look forward to their input.
Whilst we are setting everyone’s emails up, if you have any queries about our Executive and/or Management Committees or how you can get involved with this great Club, please contact Lara via firstname.lastname@example.org
