Both the W.C.B.A & Pacers Championship Committee

all the very best for her upcoming trip to Las Vegas.

Millie will compete in the Las Vegas Classic from 22nd - 24th July, then followed by the Jam On Grand Finale challenge from 25th - 27th July for the

New Zealand Basketball Academy under 15 side.

We know that you will do us proud and we look forward to hearing all about the trip and your experience

when you get back to Pacer and

Victorian Junior Basketball League land

Please join us in wishing Millie all the best.

Millie has now returned to the Pacers and we thought

you would all like to know how she went.

On the 21st July she arrived in Las Vegas and immediately started training on the 22nd July at Tarkanian Basketball Academy.

The results were:

Jam On It 2014 Tournament

23/7 -  NZBA v New Mexico - Won 54 - 27

             NZBA v Wyoming Rookies - Won 71 -26

24/7 -  NZBA v San Francisco Spartans - Won 43 - 19

We then made Finals and played Hawaii East Sidaz and won the

Jam On It 2014 -  U15 Girls Division.

After this we were then off to play the

Vasity tournament.

The results were:

26/4 - NZBA v Californa OJBA

- here we unfortunatley had our first loss 40 - 46

27/7 - NZBA v Montana and won 60 - 41

28/7 - NZBA v Gillette Wyoming

We finished 2nd in the Varsity Division against Gillette from Wyoming!!

We are all proud of ourselves and keept our heads high !

We were very proud to be a Kiwi.

For the Grand Finals we played a very tough game against

the Paye's from California

Probably the most aggresive game

we've played so far but we took the bumps and

believed we could win it !

The support we got from everyone was off the charts.

I would like to thank all of my

Pacers Family for your support

and for helping me achieve this.

The experience was one I will never forget.
