Acceleration specialises in helping athletes gain quickness and agility. Focus on your speed and cut time off your full court sprint with the coaches. Slot these 45 minute speed training sessions into your week to get faster today!

This sport specific session is 55 minutes of concentrated core stability, flexibility training and strength training. For athletes aged 10 and up, these run during the school terms in the evenings.
