Permission To Train & Clearance Requests
REQUEST FOR PERMISSION TO TRAIN
A request for a Permission to Train form to be signed must be made in writing to the Association Secretary by emailing secretary@ringwoodhawks.com.au Your email should include an explanation as to why the Permission to Train is sought.
Please note that the request will be responded to within 5 days of it being made as per the VJBL guidelines.
REQUEST FOR A CLEARANCE
A request for a Clearance form to be signed must be made in writing to the Association Secretary by emailing secretary@ringwoodhawks.com.au Your email should include an explanation as to why a Clearance is sought and also to which club you wish to be cleared to.
Please note that the request will be responded to within 7 days of it being made as per the VJBL guidelines.
Please note that it is the player�s responsibility to lodge the signed Clearance and pay the applicable fee to the VJBL.
