2015 Lacrosse WA Under 15 Girls Development Squad

Lacrosse WA Under 15 Girls Development Squad

The vision for this Under 15 Girls Development Squad is to deliver planned and structured sessions for players to improve their lacrosse skills, game play abilities, fitness and life skills so that we can create the pathways for our players to compete with their peers at a club, state and national level. The Squad will be structured to encourage players to play lacrosse games to a higher level and on a consistent basis.

The cost of this squad is $100.00 per member. Squad T Shirts will be provided to wear to all squad training sessions. The fee for this squad will include the t shirt, participation in the u19 Australian team clinic and payments to professional external providers who will come and train / facilitate sessions during the year. This squad will operate for 2015 and acceptance of your position on this squad will not guarantee state /regional selection.

We encourage all girls from 11 to 15 (born year 2000 or later) who would like to trial for a position on one of the u15 WA Regional teams to join the squad. (10 year olds can be considered for the squad on club coach’s recommendation) Eligible age for u15 teams is 12 to 15 (Birth year 2000 to 2003) Underage players can be considered if not enough aged players are available for the teams – at the selector’s discretion.
