3x3 Competition - Youth Alive Trust

Matt Barnes and the Youth Alive Trust are running a 3x3 competition next term – NOW INCLUDING A HIGH SCHOOL GRADE! After a year of playing inside, it’s time for players to head back to the roots and play outside in beautiful weather (well, hopefully anyway!)

We recommend a team of  four kids to play, but three or five works as well – two games an afternoon is plenty of game-time for the players! (and four can easily fit in a car if a parent is transporting).

To register a team, get them to fill in the attached form and send through to matt.barnes@yat.org.nz, or click here for online registration. From experience a coach isn’t usually needed for teams to manage themselves, but an adult to look after some of the younger teams is still recommended.

First date for games is set for Tuersday 24 October

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
