MTF Summer 2017-18 Rego's now OPEN!
Melbourne Touch Football Summer 2017-18 Season Registrations are now open.
This season we will be returning to Princes Park in Parkville on Monday nights!
The competition will start October 16 with a Come & Try session the week prior on October 9.
We will have the following grades on offer:
- Mixed Elite
- Mixed A
- Mixed Social
- Men's Open (extra divisions with excess teams)
- Women's Open (shortened season starting October 30 and concluding December. $59 per player season fee via Bank Transfer. Players will still use the same registration form).
Juniors are more than welcome and you may enter a junior team or have juniors placed on a team.

Key areas have been highlighted, but ensure to read all of the document thoroughly as it is updated entirely every season.
First few dates are as follows:
- October 9 - Come & Try (please confirm attendance at the www.facebook.com/MelbTouchFooty created event. Team Coaching appointments please email firstname.lastname@example.org).
- October 10 - Team Rego's Close.
- October 16 - Round 1: Player fees and registrations are due before this first Round.
- October 23 - Round 2: Unfinancial teams removed from competition.
- October 30 - Round 3: Women's Open Comp begins.
- November 6 - Week Off for Melbourne Cup long weekend, potential Team Coaching appointments upon confirmation.
- November 13 - Round 4.
This season we will be accepting individual fees only, and we have two payment methods:
**All teams MUST have a minimum of 11 players registered per team**
OPTION 1 Bank Deposit:
Cost $125 per person, paid via bank deposit to the nominated bank account.
Please provide proof of payment via email from your personal email to email@example.com (bank receipt or screen capture), before Round 1.
Upon payment, emailing receipt, and then registered to the team, we will mark the player as being financial in the database having received their receipt of payment before registering.

OPTION 2 SportsTG Online Player Registration & Payment From:
Cost $125 per person, paid via choice of debit/credit card or paypal (subject to fees).
This choice of payment will mark players as being financial in the database automatically.
Every player will receive an invite to register to the team through this form if you place their emails in the invite section at the end of the team registration form.
You will also be provided an email receipt of successful team registration, where the Player registration link will also be included.
This works out to be about $8.33 per person per game for a 15 week season (including finals), with additional team ball and pre-season nights. There is no limit on registered players until finals, however only up to 14 players will be eligible to play in finals. Please see R&R's for further details.
OPTION 3 Reduced price for teams with 14+ players:
Cost $100 per person. We will require all players to pay $125 and once 14 or more players have paid by Round 2, the team will be refunded one lump sum of $25 x number of players, which they can then distribute between team members.
Payment via either options above. This option is only valid until the commencement of your game in Round 2 (or bye), with no consideration after this time.
**PLEASE NOTE**: There is a minimum of 11 individuals per team required to be eligible to compete. In order to be allocated to the fixture more than 6 individuals have to have paid 7 days prior to Round 1. In order to play, 11 individuals must have paid prior to Round 1 in order to take the field.
If the fee is not paid in full by Round 4, the unpaid team will be removed from the competition and there will be no refund given to those who have already paid.
How To Register:
Click HERE to get your team registered. Once your team is registered, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of at least 11 players' full names and email addresses for all of your team members.
Every player will need to register themselves to the team using the unique weblink provided to the Team Contact upon registering the team. The Team Contact can invite players to register at the end of the Team Registration Form, or copy the Player Registration Link in email receipt upon successful team registration, and send to all players.
The Team Contact needs to also register as a player if they are stepping on the field.
Individuals looking for a team - Individual Rego's have ended, but you can still email us at email@example.com with your details, experience, and division you would like to participate in, and we can try to place you in an existing teams that are looking for extra players.
Please register as an individual player HERE. We have setup a registration form to collect your details within a default team we have arranged, which will make for easily moving you into a team. A lot of the information in the form is for commiting season players which you will need to know and agree to anyway. There is a $9 deposit with $1 transaction fee to organise you into a team, where $10 will be deducted from the overall $125 player fee in a new registration form sent to you when teams are sorted.
You will be able to select what competition you would like to play for, and how many teams, as well as a section to place your brief experience with Touch Football (it can be none) to help us place you in an appropriate team.
