ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - SHERBROOKE BASKETBALL
The Sherbrooke Amateur Basketball Association Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 15th November, 2018 at 7.30 p.m. at Belgrave Heights Christian School stadium, Wattlevalley Road, Belgrave Heights.
If you are a member (player) of Sherbrooke Basketball and 15 years and over you are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting. If you are a member 18 years and over you are entitled to nominate for a Board of Management position. If you are a parent of a player you may apply to be a member in your own right.

It would be helpful if every senior team in our competition sent at least one representative to the AGM and to have Proxy Voting forms from each member of your team.
it is important that we have sufficient people present to conduct the meeting correctly.
