Referee Supervisor positions Summer 2018-2019
To A and B Grade referees currently reffing with Sherbrooke, you are invited to apply for Supervisor and Relief Supervisor positions for the Summer season 2018-2019. In the past this process has taken place every new season but for various reasons we have not revisited these appointments for the last 18 months. Those holding the positions need to reapply or make a change and those aspiring to hold a supervisor role should take the opportunity to apply.
You will need to clearly explain why you are the best person for the position and be prepared to attend an interview if required.
Jason, as advisor will be asked to comment on the applicants’ abilities and suitability.
The Board of Management will appoint all supervisor and relief supervisor positions after consideration of all applications received and consultation with Jason.
As you are aware the competition can be varied in terms of times. The maximum times required have been included on the application form but these will not be confirmed until all teams have registered for the new season.
The application form is attached as is the Referee Supervisor Job Description. Please read both of these carefully and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. The Job Description is quite long but very specific; the Board of Management expects successful applicants to adhere to the requirements listed in this document.
