NBL1 Eagles to play Mothers Day Pink Round

Our Diamond Valley Eagles & the NBL1 will show its support for Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) this weekend, with the league's inaugural Pink Round.

The weekend has officially been registered as a Pink Sports Day, meaning NBL1 will be raising funds for BCNA to help support all Australian women and men affected by breast cancer.

Diamond Valley Eagles will show their support, with all players in the men's and women's leagues wearing pink socks, while all coaches and assistant coaches will wear pink t-shirts.

NBL Chief Executive Jeremy Loeliger said: "It's a privilege to be able to partner with the BCNA to celebrate NBL1's Pink Round.

"Breast cancer is disease that’s affected many of us and the Australian basketball community looks forward to what it can do to help raise awareness and much needed funds."
