SEABL Round 11 Preview

Our SEABL teams travel to Oakleigh Recreation Centre this Saturday for big games against the Melbourne Tigers!

SEABL Women

The SEABL Women are coming off 2 solid performances last weekend that have brought their record to 7-7 and one place out of finals! Lauren Scherf was named SEABL Player of the Round last week, but the team had multiple contributors over both games. Last time these teams met, the Eagles came away with a tight 3 point victory. The Tigers are currently 2 spots ahead of Diamond Valley, having won their last 3 games. With a full squad, and a hot patch of the form the Eagles will look to make it 3 in a row and continue their push to finals!

SEABL Men

The SEABL Men had a disappointing loss to the Bandits last Saturday night, but back up Sunday with a come-from-behind win over the Miners. The Eagles showed a lot of grit, which will have to replicated this week against the Tigers. The teams met in round 4, where the Tigers came away with the chocolates! To get a different result, the Eagles will have to have everyone ready to contribute!
