SEABL Round 6 Preview

SEABL Women

The SEABL Women are coming off 3 straight wins, and now can find some consistency with a full roster available. Lauren Scherf (who currently leads the league in rebounding) is coming off ‘Player of the Week’ honours, and will be looking to put up another big performance. Geelong is coming off two losses last week on a Tasmanian road trip, and will be excited to return to the Geelong Arena for just their second home game this season.

SEABL Men

The SEABL Men will be looking to turn their season around Saturday night against a Geelong team that also has not had an ideal start to 2018. The Supercats have lost their last 3 games, but only played at home once this season. The Eagles will have to contain John Davis, who is top 10 in the league for scoring at 22.8 points per game. Mike Best will look to continue his strong season, currently averaging a double-double, and lead the Eagles to a much needed win!
