Eagles fly at the East Coast Challenge!
The East Coast Challenge is a round-robin style tournament held in Sydney each year. Victoria Metro athletes from U16 and U18 compete against players from New South Wales Metro, Act and South Australia Metro.
With 5 games in 3 days, players are tested both mentally and physically as they were given a small taste of what representing the state at a national tournament would look like.
It is their final opportunity for the U18’s players to impress coaches, as the final State team selections are made from this group.

All junior Eagles represented the DVBA, themselves and their families with professionalism and class on and off the court.
The DVBA would also like to congratulate Junior Eagles coaches Simon Hickey, Jack Fleming and Daniel Girolami who were involved with coaching at the tournament.
