DIAMOND VALLEY SPORTS AND FITNESS CENTRE CELEBRATES 40 YEARS

Concurrent with the Diamond Valley Basketball Association celebrating our 40 years of existence, the Diamond Valley Sports and Fitness Centre recently held their own celebration of being a mainstay in the local community for 40 years also.

Anyone who has entered the Centre in recent weeks will have seen the pinboards of articles and old photos spanning back across the years, a great collection of memories to document an impactful period in the community.

The Centre held a Morning Tea and many were in attendance, including councillors from the Nillumbik Shire, Deputy Mayor Helen Coleman and our DVBA CEO Ross Wignell and Steve McCabe (DVBA President) and Joe Crupi from our Executive.

Keep an eye on our website (dvbasketball.com.au) and our social media streams (@DVbasketball) for news on our own 40 year celebratory events in the months to come !

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
