BIG V GAME DAY : ROUND 3
No rest for the wicked – we’re back at the Valley this Friday night and ready to keep taking things to another level as #DVdoesitbetter than ever before !
We’re back with the Member’s Bar, Sqwark will be in the house for the kids and one of everyone’s favourites – the Berties Butcher St Helena Half Court Shootout will continue as lucky members of the crowd could go home $500 richer !
The night begins with the Big V Basketball State Championship Women looking to come back strong after stumbling against Ringwood last weekend, and have the challenge of the red-hot scoring Southern Peninsula Sharks to whet their appetite further. The Sharks are scoring over 90 points per game and it’s going to take a disruptive defensive effort to get the job done.
Afterwards, our State Championship Men carry their unblemished record into a contest against the Bulleen Boomers, who have yet to register a win this season. The Boomers will come in hungry, but our Eagles are finding their way in the early part of the season with a steely resolve and the ability for a number of members within the team to step up and carry the load at different points of the game and they’ll be aiming to again be hard to beat on Friday night.
