2019 Northern Basketball Camps
Keep up your skills these school holidays with our upcoming Northern Basketball Camps at Diamond Valley. Camps will cater for both domestic and representative players.
Held here at Diamond Valley, the camps will be coached by the top end of our Junior Championship coaches along with our Senior Championship players.
TOURNAMENT PREP CAMP
Prepare for the Australia Day weekend with our Tournament Prep Camp. Our Championship coaches, Senior & Youth League players will take you through an energetic, competitive day of shooting, skills and games. Suitable for representative level players, don’t miss a great opportunity to improve your game in the lead in to the new season.
When : Monday January 21st

INDIVIDUAL SKILLS CAMP
A great opportunity to spend time on court with experienced coaches Ross Wignell, Alan McAughtry and Braden Cotter. Working on your individual offensive & defensive skills that will take your game to the next level.
When : Tuesday January 22nd

Time : 9.30am – 3.30pm
Skill Level : Representative players aged 10 -16 years

SHOOTING CAMP
This camp is designed to help both young and experienced players learn the fundamentals and mechanics of shooting. Enjoy learning the correct technique and experience in game situations which will help you develop the habits that will see you become a more consistent shooter.
When : Wednesday January 23rd

Time : 9.30am – 3.30pm
Skill Level : All players aged 8 -16 years

DOMESTIC CAMP RETURNS
This camp is for players who want to get back on court and enjoy all aspects of the game as you prepare for the upcoming season. Shooting, ball skills, and competitive games will be the focus. The domestic camps are a great environment for all players to improve their skills and enjoy the game with friendly and experienced coaches.
When : Thursday & Friday January 24th & 25th

Time : 9.30am – 3.30pm
Skill Level : All players aged 8 -16 years
Cost : $90.00
All camps are held at the Diamond Valley Sports and Fitness Centre.
Supervision is available from 9.00am on all days. Make sure to bring along a basketball, drink bottle and lunch.
