July 2017 Northern Basketball Camps
Keep up your skills these school holidays with our upcoming Northern Basketball Camps at Diamond Valley. Camps will cater for both domestic and representative players.
Held here at Diamond Valley, the camps will be coached by the top end of our Junior Championship coaches along with our Senior Championship players.

Domestic Camp (DC1)
Monday 3rd & Tuesday 4th July
9.30am-3.30pm
Suitable for all U08—16 players. Covers correct shooting technique, ball handling, defence and passing. Varied drills; including game like situations

Individual Defence & Shooting (IDS)
Wednesday 5th July
9.30am-3.30pm
U08—16 All Levels

The day will be full of education on Individual Defence then move onto preparation with and without the ball and shooting the basketball with correct shooting technique
Intensive Training Representative Camp (ITR)
Thursday 6th & Friday 7th July
9.30am-3.30pm
U12-16 Rep Level

For all athletes playing in the Friday night VJBL program. The camp is an ideal preparation for players as they approach the end of the season to fine tune their fundamentals.
Diamond Valley Prospect Camp (DVP)
Monday 10th July
9.30am - 3.30pm
U12-14 Rep Levels

For current U12 & U14 Representative players who wish to further advance their game. This camp will also be of great interest to Junior Domestic players looking to break into our Junior Eagles program.

Suitable for all U08—16 players. Covers correct shooting technique, ball handling, defence and passing.

All camps are held at Diamond Valley Sports and Fitness Centre.
Supervision is available from 9.00am on all days. Make sure to register at www.dvbasketball.com.au and bring along a basketball, drink bottle and lunch
All payments must be made by Friday 30th June for the spot to be held. If making payment by direct deposit, please be sure to include the camp code in reference along with the childs name.
