Marketing & Events Assistant Position Available

 

Reports to: Diamond Valley Basketball’s Marketing Manager

Status: Field Placement/Work Experience

Start Date: Feb/March 2016

 

Diamond Valley Basketball Association is one of the biggest Basketball Organisations north of Melbourne. Based in Greensborough, it has 5,500 members participate in the game of basketball each day of the week. At Diamond Valley, we offer an excellent playing, coaching and refereeing pathway as well as providing exceptional working platforms. Working closely with the DVBA’s Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all of the Association's sponsors are being adequately advertised and catered to throughout the Big V Basketball Season. Additional responsibilities will include the smooth implementation of all game night entertainment and your input will be required when creating these events.

The role is for anyone currently studying business management, marketing or events management and will provide an opportunity to gain valuable work experience within the industry. Prior experience will be highly regarded.
