Fresh off committing to the Utah State Aggies, Dufficy will use season 2016 to keep moving forward with her game and prepare for the college challenges that await..

A Diamond Valley Eagles junior, Shannon has a unique agility and strength for an athlete her height and has shown the ability to make an impact at Big V level. Dufficy transitioned from a season of statistical highs for the Victorian Youth Championship Women in 2014, to the State Championship Women’s team full time in 2015 andaveraged 10.3 points and 8.3 rebounds per game this past season, having 8 games where she achieved double-digit rebounds.

‘Off the back of a defining 2015 season, Shannon was a priority to retain at DV and I am stoked to have her back for the upcoming season. She has committed herself to consistently working hard on her post play and conditioning, which has provided a wonderful opportunity with a scholarship to Utah State. I’m excited to see her impact next season, not only against opposition, but as an emerging leader within our group, Head Coach Dee Butler said.
