The wrap on our 2017 Family Day
Yesterday we held our 2017 Family Day, which was a great success off the back of some truly fantastic support from our domestic clubs, volunteers and sponsors.
Our 3 on 3 competition heated up and the quality of basketball on display was phenomenal, with great sportsmanship and support from each team's respective audience to go!
Well done to the following teams that were victorious on the day and congratulations to everyone who took part in our first Family Day '3 on 3 competition', everyone played their heart out.

Under 12s
Greenhills - Girls
Plenty Knights - Boys
Under 14s
Net-Ripper - Junior Championship collective Girls
Eltham North - Boys
We also got the chance to meet our Senior Championship representatives for 2017 and watch their singlet presentation. Afterwards, our Senior Championship Men and Victorian Youth Championship Girls took to the court in a practise match.
Our SCM went down narrowly against a strong Dandenong outfit, and our VYCW cruised home to an impressive 20 point plus victory, over Melbourne Uni.
We would just like to thank everyone who came down and participated in our 2017 Family Day. Your presence is what made the day so special!
Our domestic clubs truly are the DVBA.
