Vicki Ward Joins the SEABL Eagles as #1 Ticket Holder

The Diamond Valley Basketball Association is thrilled to announce Vicki Ward as the number 1 ticket-holder of the SEABL program for 2018.

Vicki is the State Member for Eltham and Parliamentary Secretary of Industry and Employment. She was a driving force behind the recent 2.5-million-dollar funding to update the Diamond Valley Sport and Fitness Centre and a major supporter of the DVBA.

Vicki has always been passionate about sport and has played Netball, Athletics, Squash and Swimming. Now, as number 1 ticket holder, she can add Basketball to the list.

“The Diamond Valley Eagles just keep soaring - and their inclusion into SEABL means we are going to have a lot of fantastic basketball games right on our doorstep.” Vicki said.

President of the DVBA, Steve McCabe, is excited to be able to have Vicki as a part of the Eagles family.

“We are delighted to have the continued and enthusiastic support from Vicki and look forward to a great year ahead as we flyasone.” Steve said.

The announcement of Vicki as number 1 ticket holder is the launch of our Membership Drive. We need your help as we #Flyasone into the SEABL season.

As Vicki herself says, “Join up with the SEABL Eagles and enjoy high-level basketball!”.

Memberships are on sale now. Please contact the office on 9432 4720 or email zoe@dvbasketball.com.au. With General Memberships starting at as little as $10, it is an affordable way to witness the highest level of basketball, right here in the Diamond Valley. We #Flyasone into the season with a double header on Friday 6th April with the SEABL women tipping off at 6pm and the SEABL men at 8pm at the Diamond Valley Sport and Fitness Centre.

That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand.
