The DVBA is pleased to announce the reappointment of Brendan Jackson as the head coach of the Diamond Valley Youth League Women’s team for the 2018 season.

“I’m really excited and humbled at the opportunity to be returning to coach the Youth League Women at Diamond Valley for the 2018 season. I’m also looking forward to working under newly appointed SEABL Coach, Zoe Carr.”

Jackson, with his second season as Head Coach completed, is looking ahead to the upcoming season with high hopes after a successful season of development.  

“This season we’ll be looking to build upon the strong development work we’ve put into our players over the last two seasons, with the hope of developing SEABL calibre players from within the program.”

Similar to Braden in the men’s program, Brendan will be overseeing the Under 18’s & 20’s program on the Women’s side. Another great example of the vision our Senior Program has for 2018.

He has a tireless work ethic, great demeanor and is on an endless journey to continue to learn the craft of coaching. I am excited to see him and the youth league staff work with our young talented players from the junior program and help them along the way into senior basketball. " - Alan McAughtry
