4 EAGLES SELECTED FOR BIG V ORIGIN ALL STAR GAME
Handy and consistent contributions from some of our Big V players has had them recognized with selection to take part in the first ever Origin All Star Game. Dan Girolami and Matt Reynolds have been selected to be part of the Men’s Metro team, whilst Mikalya Pirini and Liam Killey were chosen members of the Country team in the Women’s and Men’s teams respectively.
The Big V Origin All Star Game will feature two teams, Metro and Country, with players representing the origins in which they were born within Australia or the current club they represent as an unrestricted player in the competition. There will be both a Women’s (6pm) and Men’s (8pm) game at the event, which is going to be held on Saturday, June 11 at Shepparton Sports Stadium.
