Sharna Ayres and Hayley Ayton to represent Victoria
Sharna Ayres & Hayley Ayton were selected (Hayley as an emergency) at this years 12 years and under State Schools' Victoria Basketball team from a squad of 63 very talented basketball players that came from all over Victoria. They both put in a great effort over the past two months making it through 3 previous elimination trials to the State team selection camp.
Diamond Valley had another two Eagles players (Rachael Beattie & Alysha Casey) at this selection camp that were unsuccessful, but should be very proud of their efforts.
This years Championships will be held at Dandenong, Victoria from the 11th to 17th August.
