JUNIOR EAGLES COACHES WANTED!
Looking to expand the number of our Diamond Valley Basketball Association Representative Teams in the Victorian Junior Basketball League for 2014, this is a fantastic opportunity for coaches from the Junior Domestic Competition to take the next step in the coaching development pathway.
Being a high priority to offer further playing opportunity for our Junior athletes in Diamond Valley’s Representative Program, elevating your coaching to the next level of competitive basketball will definitely be challenging and very much rewarding.
Primarily the expansion will be in the Under 12 area of our program so therefore, we are looking for coaches to step into a significant position as it will be more than likely an athlete’s first taste of the VJBL competition.
Working alongside and under the guidance of some of Victoria’s best Junior Coaches, if this is something that you feel you have the ability and desire to be a part of and possess the following:
- A "Working with Children" clearance / card
- A Basketball Coaching level 1 accreditation
- Your own transport
- Enthusiasm and energy to coach and teach junior athletes
