Diamond Valley Schools Program Update
The Diamond Valley Schools Program has been extremely busy in the last fortnight being able to go to several schools to share the great game we love, basketball.
In May we have already been to 5 schools which gives us a total of 450 students and we look to be confirming bookings at 2 more schools for this month. These schools include Watsonia North, Heidelberg, Concord and Morang South. We have also just visited Wattle Glen this week.
Jake had this to say after the clinic at Heidelberg Primary, “Matt did an excellent job of catering to a number of different levels (Foundation to Level Six) and altered his sessions to ensure they were at the point of need. The kids really enjoyed each of the games and are excited to be involved in more basketball through the HoopTime pathway later in the year.”
It is great to see all students getting involved and having fun while learning at the same time. We would like to thank all the schools for letting us come down and share the great game with their students during the allocated time.
