DIGGERS REST forward Brent Tuckey was the difference between the Burras and Rupertswood on Saturday.
The former Collingwood and West Coast player booted 15.1 for the home side at Diggers Reserve - the exact margin the Burras won by.
The haul means the No. 10 has now kicked 41 goals from his past four matches and 55 for the season, but it was not enough to win him a spot in Diggers' best players.
"I didn't think he quite got there," Diggers Rest coach Jamie Elliott laughed.
"He's in a pretty rich vein of form and he's catching everything that's coming up there. But I think it's ball movement as well. We've got a lot of other options up there.
"(Shaun) Sims was really good on the weekend and the little fellas are dodging in an out. So it gives him plenty of holes and space to run in to."
Rupo, which who remain in the finals mix, kicked the first goal of the game just seconds in.
From that point, the home side slammed on 26 goals to 10, opening up a 34-point lead at quarter-time and growing the margin at each change thereafter.
"They came out and kicked the first goal probably in the first 10 seconds and I thought we were in a bit of strife," Elliott said.
"But the boys were really good. We ran the footy pretty well and we were pretty hard at it. So I was pretty impressed by my boys."
The Burras' score of 26.7 (163) was their highest this of the season.
The team is , the side having in a more attacking mindset this year after averaging only 85 points a game in during the home and away season last year.
