CHBA AGM to be held on Tuesday 28th March at 6pm
CHBA will hold its Annual General meeting at Sportz Central in Bray St. Coffs Harbour on Tuesday 28th March commencing at 6.00pm.
The AGM will:
Consider, and if thought appropriate, adopt the 2016 Annual Report.
Consider, and if thought appropriate, adopted the Audited Financial Statements for 2016
Elect for a 3 year term a Treasurer and two Directors
Consider, and if thought appropriate, endorse nominations for Life Membership
Consider any Notices of Motions submitted before the closing date.
The CHBA Constitution requires an election for the position of Treasurer and two Directors at this year's AGM.

Nominations for the Board close on Wednesday 1st March 2017.
Members are invited to nominate those persons who have rendered distinguished service to the Association over a period of 10 years or more to be considered for Life Membership of the Association.
Please use the attached form to nominate a person for Life Membership.

Members wishing to raise a matter at the AGM need to do so by lodging a Notice of Motion. The form to do so is attached below.
The closing date for the receipt of Notices of Motion is Monday 27th February 2017
