The following registration dates below are for registration fees to be paid only. All individual registrations are to be done online. A team manager or organizer must register the team first and be given a Team code and password. This team code and password must be passed onto all team members so they can register into this team. Players without a team will be given a team code and password when the pay their registration fee on one of the registration dates bellow.
Teams can start to register into the competition after the 1st September 2015.

Under 8’s can be mixed teams or Boys or girls teams
$65.00 per player 10’s to 16’s (INCLUDES PLAYING SHIRT, GST, Affiliation, Insurance, referees costs and) Under 8’s $40 per player.
Minimum players to register a team Team for 12, 14 & 16’s is 10 players = $650
Minimum players to register a team for 8’s is 6 players = $240, Under 10’s is 6 players = $390.
Cost (Family) – The oldest two children pay full price with any remaining children FROM SAME IMMEDIATE FAMILY will receive a 50% discount for each child.
JUNIOR TOUCH COMPETITION DETAILS
Draws WILL be available on our web page the week before competition starts. Shirts will be handed out on a day TBC.
PLAYING SHIRTS Shirts will ONLY be ordered when a player has paid his/her registration fee and shirt size given at this time.
ALL players should be financial by Rd 2 – any teams with unfinancial players will forfeit all points until all players are financial. Please see operations manager for any information regarding this.
COMPETITION START DATE Tuesday 13th October 2015
(Last round (10) before xmas is 15th December 2015.)
(Recommence Round 11 on 2nd February 2016.)
COMPETITION FINISH DATE Tuesday 23rd February 2016
RULES & REGULATIONS
➢ Abusive language WILL NOT be tolerated from anyone.
➢ Any player who is sent off will receive a automatic minimum two week suspension.
➢ Substitutes may be made at any time during the game.
➢ 2015/16 playing shirts supplied by BVJT MUST BE WORN.
➢ TEAMS CAN NOT REGISTER MORE THAN 5 REP PLAYERS FROM THE PREVIOUS YEARS REP TEAMS.
➢ Players must register and play in their correct age group first before playing in the next age group above. To register in a 2nd team will cost an extra $15.
(U/8 & U/10 play on ½ field)
➢ Under 8’s born 2008, 2009, 2010
➢ Under 10’s born 2006 or 2007.
➢ 5 players on field at any one time. A minimum of 8 players to be registered. Max 10 per team.
U/12 & U/14
➢ Under 12’s born 2004 or 2005
➢ Under 14’s born 2002 or 2003
➢ 7 players on field at any one time. A minimum of 10 and maximum of 12 players to be registered.
➢ Under 16’s born 2000 or 2001
➢ 6 players on field at any one time. A minimum of 10 and maximum of 12 players to be registered.
The first three weeks of competition will be the official selection period for Rep Teams to be selected.
Separate trials will be at the discretion of the team coach.
