Please read the CRL Email following and comply with the C.R.L. direction. There are no exceptions to this ruling.
Further can Clubs have their coaches and staff produce their qualifications to carry out their positions with the club.
It is fact that some coaches are not qualified or have not re-accredited along with 1st aid staff. Please address this problem. It will not be accepted having a 'nominal coach' sitting on the bench who is qualified to coach with the 'ACTUAL' team coach sitting in the crowd. Clubs have nominated their coaches for 2015, please ensure they are properly accredited.
Clubs will be fined/points taken from them if the above circumstances happen.
Check with all concerned to-night at training. If unsure or staff need to do a course/update or re-accreditation please contact Garry Stevenson or myself.
Please do not disregard the above.
Regards Jim Anderson.

Following a meeting with CRLRA it has been resolved that:
In all grades, from Under 6s through to First Grade......
In accordance with the NRL On Field Policy a Sports Trainer must be on duty at all times i.e:
"An accredited NRL Sports Trainer (Level 1 or Level 2) shall be attached to each Junior
International and Senior team. It is preferred that at least two (2) be available plus
one (1) League Safe Trainer per team."
"For Junior fixtures at mini/mod games, in addition to one (1) League Safe Trainer per team,
one (1) Accredited NRL Sports Trainer per FIELD is acceptable."
Referees are instructed that if a Trainer is not present to act in accordance with the Policy the game/s are not to proceed.
2. To reinforce respect and good sportsmanship, the following procedure must be followed:
* Referees are to enter the field of play ahead of the teams.
* The teams are to line up in the middle of the ground and shake hands.
* The toss will be done, instruction given to the teams and questions answered at the half way line before play proceeds
The CRL and the CRLRA appreciates your support with these matters.
