Steve Tierney, Chairman, Greater Brisbane Junior Rugby League and Management Committee members joined club officials, volunteers, families and friends to celebrate the achievements of players and volunteers in the 2017 Greater Brisbane Junior Rugby League - InTech Institute of Technology Awards Presentation on Saturday afternoon. 

Rugby League Brisbane applauds all Club officials and volunteers on their commitment to a successful 2017 season and congratulates this year's Award winners.

QRL Chairman, Bruce Hatcher, QRL Managing Director, Rob Moore and QRL SEQ Chairman, Brad Tallon were amongst the special guests at the Awards event attended by 150 people.  A special vote of thanks to Master of Ceremonies, Chris "Bomber" Bombolas for entertaining guests throughout the afternoon.

Rugby League Brisbane pays tribute to the Awards Naming Rights sponsor, InTech Institute of Technology for its involvement in the event.  InTech Director, Robin Jaggessar spoke of the organisation's intention to continue to build a relationship with the Greater Brisbane rugby league community by offering youth training scholarships on an annual basis.  A Memorandum of Understanding will be signed following successful negotiations between Rugby League Brisbane and InTech.
