Subject: Play the Ball

Morning all,

As spoken about in yesterday meeting, I can inform you that the Play the Ball in relation to the player in possession will revert back to the international rule of a full penalty that you can gain territory from/points etc.

Not as it applied in the Pre-Season

Understand it is my expectation that we remain vigilant in this area. I do not want to throw away all the good work that you and clubs have done.

So if there is an incident that requires penalising – blow the penalty.

If you are asked all club coaches have been informed of this decision.

If you have any concerns please contact me.

Go well & enjoy the weekend

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
