2015 SEQ A Grade Team

The South East Queensland Division announced the representative team to participate at the QRL State Carnival next month. This team was selected following last weekend’s successful XXXX Chairman’s Challenge series staged at Ipswich. The Gold Coast Tweed team claimed the XXXX trophy after defeating a determined Brisbane Second Division team (36-6) and also a comprehensive victory over a disappointing Ipswich Diggers outfit.

The team will meet sides from Northern and Central Division, as well as a Brisbane side drawn from the revamped BRL competition. This year’s carnival will be hosted at Southport’s Owen Park from Friday 5th June, and includes Women’s senior teams also representing the three QRL Divisions.
